We start by drawing seawater into large, shallow evaporation ponds, where sunlight and wind gradually remove the water, leaving behind salt crystals. These are then carefully screened to isolate the medium-sized crystals that balance flow and solubility. The result is Medium Crystal Salt, a free-flowing, pure and long-lasting salt, ideal for industrial applications where consistency and performance matter. We maintain strict quality controls to ensure every batch meets our high standards.
SEMI MEDIUM CRYSTALLINE SALT
Semi Medium Crystalline Salt is a specifically graded form of salt with particle sizes between fine and medium. It offers improved solubility over coarser grades while maintaining better flow and handling characteristics than fine salt. This balance makes it suitable for applications requiring uniform mixing, controlled dissolution and consistent distribution.
SUPER FINE POWDER (SFP)

MEDIUM CRYSTALLINE LOOSE SALT (Super Salts)
At Super Salts, Medium Crystalline Loose Iodised Salt is a food-grade salt with slightly irregular, softer crystals compared to the more compact and uniform medium crystal salt used in industrial applications. It is made by solar-evaporation under controlled conditions to retain a loose, easy-to-handle texture. After drying, we fortify it with iodine to meet nutritional guidelines and support thyroid health.
Unlike medium crystal salt, which is designed for industrial flow and consistency, this version is made specifically for consumption – ideal for agriculture, animal husbandry and food service use. It dissolves quickly, blends easily in cooking and supports digestion, metabolism and oral health.
